Avoiding joint injuries

How can I avoid joint injuries during a cycle? I want to gain as much strength as possible, how do powerlifters do it? Do they get a lot of rehab work done ?

Get yer butt on YouTube. You can find many a bodybuilder getting deep tissue work. Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman spring to mind. Joint issues are separate from muscular problems and can be avoided:

1) warming up / stretching
2) No over extending the joint
3) Allowing slow adaption - not always possible on cycle

wanting to gain as much strength as possible is a good way to injure yourself lol

this is a marathon and not a sprint. everyone is in such a rush, we live in an ADHD society. but it doesn't work like that.. if you push your body too much it will punish you!

you need to gradually get stronger and accept that you will need to take breaks and take steps back and deload in the process

Supplementing with a good joint supplement and anti inflammatory supplements like fish oil are great ways to prevent injuries when on cycle.

On top of doing the given - proper form, warming up, stretching etc.
