I honestly have no idea how many women I slept with. Stopped caring in my late teens (my dude friends HATED me for not jumping in on those convos). I had dinner with a fem friend a bit ago and she asked me - first time I thought about it in years and years. We tried to count, but I forget more than I remember (my memory is weak as hell).

same here, but the ones that mattered, I do remember and can count on one hand.

Seriously...Any time a boyfriend asks me this, I decline to answer. It's irrelevant past knowing I'm safe and clean and with you now. There is no right answer most of the time. At the same time, I've never asked this of a guy. I don't care. If anything, someone who's been with a lot more women probably really knows what he's doing.

How many women do you think you could pick, out of a lineup, if everyone you ever gave it to was naked with disguises on?

Somebody once asked me that and I had fun trying to recall what people's bodies looked like. I could probably do a good 20%

There's good reason for asking if your at risk from STD's though. I'd want to know if the girl i was about to f had slept with more than a handful of guys and if she was safe when she did it. No point taking chances.

Yeah....I never ask or tell. I told my ex-wife when we were seperated, she wouldn't let it go, she about had a heart attack.

there are other ways of accomplishing that feat... like just asking her if she's clean.. and if YOU are the only one she's sleeping with now... it's none of your business who she slept with in the past. Usually questions like that tend to spark jealousy and can create insecurities within a relationship.

I made the mistake of telling my first love (and I think I had only been with like 4 guys before him) because he just would not quit asking me. Then he wanted details of what I did with each one, etc. etc. the questions never ended. He would keep me up at night asking questions in bed. Finally, I broke up with him. He begged me back and promised to never ask again, but damn, that was annoying.

it IS annoying and it sure does nothing to improve the relationship... if anything it tells me they are very insecure. but thats just me.
