thanks for the encouragement guys. I by no means though am ready to give up working out or anything, just find it frustrating, and somewhat interesting/funny. I'm looking forward to deads on thursday, so far its my favorite lift
. Squats are good too but I think they are TOO GOOD, I feel like I'm gonna puke my last meal and crap my pants after every rep.. but its sure a great feeling when I get home and make a shake and collapse and lie there for an hour watching TV mindlessly.
