I started lifting at 13 years old, and i lifted religiously until i was 17 without staggering results. Then i found websites liket his and learned how to eat and train properly, and then i moved to juice. Im 19 now and up 50 lbs in less than two years.
I have been lifting since age 12-13 but, didn't start seriously training until I was 17-18. This has helped me develop a good base to build on as I progress through my twenties.
I started at 14 yearsof age. Maybe a little later than Shawn Ray at the bright age of 12...but shit, at 12 I was more interested in playing hide and go seek...LOL
