I would like to take a momment to say that I think
AST products rock.

Dymetadrine Extreme provides for total cardio overload! And sometimes I want to just run my ass off.
So if anyone is interested in finding a strong
"pick me up" this one's a gem. My boyfriend tried their creatine (cause someone posted here about it) and he's blown away by my suggestion, he loves it. Point is: their whole line of goodies gets awsome feedback, and I felt the need to share my 2 cents.

Any thoughts on the 3andro extreme? I'm not as "hard core" on the supplements as some of you guys, but I'm young and female and trying to stay as close to natural as possible.
If there's a thought on something along those lines that is worth looking into I'll appreciate a suggestion.

I know that during my first andro cycle I put on 8 lbs of lean mass (BF actually went down a % ) in a two week period. In addition to lifting heavier and more intense than ever before. I routinely switch up my workouts and faithfully spend 2-3hrs six days a week trying to grow and build. I used to do the "thin as I can be" shit, but I find myself loving the challenge of putting on muscel. So, I'm always interested in what will help me get to the never ending goal.

I regularly eat AST's Vyo-Pro protein bar during unfortunate occasions when "real" food is not readily available. I've never used any other of their products....they seem to be terribly overpriced. Dymetrine Extreme often gets good consumer feedback, so its probably one of their products worth buying if you use herbal eca's. The honestly thing is just their gimmick.
