Here's what I've been doing on arms day (tomorrow!):
5x5 Closegrip bench supersetted with 5x5 Standing barbell curls (EZ Curl bar)
2 x 8-10 db skull crushers
2 x 8-10 incline db curls
2 x 8-10 weighted dips (straight up, arms back and elbows in)
2 x 8-10 preacher seat curls with EZ Curl bar)
I think most of those exercises are recommended by this board...
