Arms

Here's what I've been doing on arms day (tomorrow!):

5x5 Closegrip bench supersetted with 5x5 Standing barbell curls (EZ Curl bar)

2 x 8-10 db skull crushers

2 x 8-10 incline db curls

2 x 8-10 weighted dips (straight up, arms back and elbows in)

2 x 8-10 preacher seat curls with EZ Curl bar)

I think most of those exercises are recommended by this board...

Forearms?

I'm doing arm day today:

5x5 weighted dips
2x6 close grip bench
2x10-12 skull crushers
2x2-3 EZ bar curls
5x5 incline dumbell curls
2x6-7 scot curls

Then 3-4 sets forearms
 
2x week:
1-2 Sets Preacher Curl
1-2 Sets Skull-crushers
1 Set Wrist Curl
1 Set Rev. Wrist curl

I do forearms on chest day, since chest day is so much shorter than arms day. It also gives me two rest days after that the way my split is.
