Arms....Shoulder

BIGRICH

New member
for the last 2-3months everytime i do Biceps, my shoulders get really sore. As if i had worked them out. When i do Curls I hold my body straight and shoulders back, I've always done them this way. My problem that My Shoulders get so fatigued that i can barely lift my arms when i'm doing Arms. It is starting to ruin my Arm workout. can some help with this problem?

No need to stick your chest out, shoulders back while curling. Long as you're not slouching. Also, you could try some front delt excercises to strengthen that area.

You're using too much weight and cheating it up with your front delts. Either reduce the weight and focus on keeping your upper arms COMPLETELY motionless. Or, if you can't manage this, stand with your back and upper arms flat against a wall when performing your curls(You could use an arm blaster instead if you have one.)

If your delts are sore then you are using them too much......... Try to use a preacher seat for isolation and if you like standing keep you head straight or looking down so you don't pull back with your shoulders when you lift the weight.

My shoulders get sore with any biceps excersie, i do. Preacher, Armeblaster, dumbells, cable etc. etc.
and i am very strict when i do biceps. I don't cheat, i concentrate on my bi's. I have drop the weight also I use weight i can handle for 10-12 times.

Do Bis alone after a leg day or a rest day. Don't have a shoulder, back, chest or Tri workout 3 days prior to your bi workout. Drink plenty of water, take ZMA, and make sure you warmup for at least 10 minutes.
