Arms & Legs....

Checking my measurements, we all know the two general rules....

One inch of arm grows oft requires 20 lbs of muscle gain overall.

To grow arms, work your legs.

Now, I realize that by proportion, legs are always bigger than arms. Anyone know what the ratio tends to be? My arms are 15.75" ; quads are 24.25". Does this difference tend to be similar for the rest of you guys? I figure that means that if your legs won't explode in size, your arms likely won't either--as a general rule.

i dont believe thats true, it just depends on your natural genetics and what muscles get stimulated fastest which gets bigger and so on. Knew a guy at my old gym huge upper body big ass arms, but his legs were like toothpicks. I still can only remember him doing legs once in the whole time, and that was machine leg press.

Holy shit what are you on, your arms just grew a quarter inch from your last post about flexing in church.

Just actually looked up my last measurement for this thread. I guessed 15.5" for the church thread. :)

"To grow arms, work your legs." - No. To grow bigger arms you work your arms. Yes, Squats should be part of everyone's BBing routine IMO, but it would be for overall body growth.
