Arm Mass -- Difference

Legion Kreinak2

My right arm is bigger than my left arm cold by about an inch or half an inch. When flexed it remains about the same.

My question is... could this be from curling with a barbell, since the stronger arm makes up for the weakness of the other? What do I do about this?

It is common for people to have a 1/2 inch difference between the right and left arm. The key is to remain consistent in your training and everything will balance out in the long run. I doubt your right arm is compensating for the left. All you have to do is pick up the barbell and build yourself. Give it some time.

Yup, its a fairly common thing bro. Don't worry about it. I have fairly weak peaks, but my left is almost flat compared to my right.

Wouldn't that suck if one arm was so small and one was so big it made you look like a crab or some shit.

Do you think it's worth the sacrifice to have only one 20" arm or would it be good enough to have two 16" arms
