Arm blaster

That is hard to say because there are such a wide array of preacher benches out there. a good peacher bench must have a ton on padding and be very thick to protect the elbows..Most gyms have shitty preacher benches that arent built right. A lot of Golds gyms have good ones..The arm blaster is very good., but its a different movement than the preacher curl cause the biceps are at the sides and the elbows are out front in the preacher..unless you find a good padded solid preacher then I wouldnt use it much.

I owned a arm blaster but rather used the preacher bench. Arnold and frank were both big believers in using arm blasters.

No they were not paid, I have several different books showing them when they were competing and they were using arm blasters and highly recommended them, that's why I had to get one, but it took up some extra time adjusting it to fit me and then my workout partner would re-adjusted the straps again for him. It was also kind of awkward.

I think that one of the books with Arnold using the arm blaster is his own book, Arnolds bodybuilding encylopedia.
