on a 10 week cycle, front loading with 425mg sust day one and 6 and starting 500mg cyp day eleven and once a week after that for 9 weeks

what are some thoughts about usinbg .5mg of arimidex eod--as it related to inhibiting gains and prohibiting estrogen

this is my first cycle--iom 34, 5-8 190 about 15%bf and been training seriously for 3yrs

personally I wouldn't use an anti-aromatase if I didn't have to. I have slight gyno how so I have to use it every third day at .25 and I am also taking 1500 mg of test per week so you probably won't need that much. If you can get novaldex instead it would be better. most guys wouldn't even need an anti-e on that amount of test. But if you want to use it I would use .25 every other day.

I have nolvadex, how would you recommend using it for my cycle?

I would recommend it over armidex. especially for a low dose cycle such as yours. Just keep the novaldex on hand and if you notice any signs of gyno take 40 mg that day and then 20 mg every day or every other day for the duration of the cycle.

if your arimidex tabs were 1mg each how would you go about taking 0.25mg eod? could you take 1 every fourth day or is there any other way of doing this. Also, would it be better to take 0.5mg eod?
Im curious as i have some arimidex and may use it in my next cycle

either buy a pill cutter from a med shop or just use a razor blade to cut the pill in quarters.
