Well as far as immediate muscle fatigue, I can feel it more in my quads, but 12 hrs later, my glutes start screaming bloody murder compared to my quads.
 
Glutes dont hurt as mucn, but prob get worked far more. I go all the way down to the floor, wide stance.
I definatly feel the quads taking the load too.
 
They hit my glutes alot more than I would like. I swiched to fronts and have had much better results. also my back is in much better shape now
 
Not to sound dumb or anything but I love to squat but I have a problem with one knee. I know I should wrap but I don't. I usually hit quads mostly in squats and use a squat press for glutes but I want to work my glutes more. Being a female, this doesn't seem easy for me. Is that the trick, going farther down. Some people say feet forward, feet back, whatever. I've heard so many different answers. I would love the info. I find I get better info from men and would rather train with men. Most of them train harder than women. Thanks for all info given.
