Nordstrom you might think that this board is slow. i have seen other boards and this is quite quick. Another point to note that there is quality information on this site without dickheads bagging each other.

I say this as one who used to fend off dickheads hatin' on me for nothing other than jealousy!

Well, look at me now............lol..............

Other than that, it's a great diet forum w/myself and Mr. X here for sure, and SOME good bros. As such a large location, you still have to ward off the bad/misinformed bros who give shitty info when they have no idea what they are talking about.
