Decline sit-ups seem to work good for me. But standard sit-ups REALLY sucked anytime I have ever done them. They were entirely a hip-flexor movement that didnt stress my abs at all. I remember gym class having someone hold your feet down and the only place I could feel them working was my hip-flexors. Hanging knee raises, cable crunches, seated leg tucks, all work much better for my abs.
