apple juice and carrot juice PWO shake??

i think what you basicaly need ( or what is considered the best ) is a very high GI carb which is glucose

fruits have fructose i believe which is a moderate GI carb , dunno about carrots but i think there not high GI
 
no and no. Fructose, main sugar in fruit, will not help refill muscle glycogen, only liver glycogen. And carrot juice, just NO. it's too complex for pwo. Not to be rude, but do you read anything that is available to you, and the stuff people suggest for you? have some oats in your pwo shake and be done w/ it.
