how about eating 6 times /day??? Since I started cutting I am never hungry... sometimes it feels I am just eating all the time.
 
yeah its all about eating small but frequent. But ITs mind over matter. I used to wrestle and cutting was a part of life. There were days where you could not eat. You get used to it.
 
Eat more? Umm, force yourself to, and it'll get easier. Eat 6 meals a day, and have those meals be pretty even on calories. Try to increase each meal in order to gain. Aim for whole foods and calorically dense foods.

yeah eating more smaller meals does curve appetite. I gained like 15lbs or so while in Iraq and Ineed to loose moreweight than I really ever have before. Im usedto eating as much as possible when I could and I cant do that anymore.
 
5 or 6 smaller meals per day and like the guys say, you'll feel like your eating all of the time. Also, drink 2/3 of you body weight in ounces of water a day. Water will help keep you more full, as well. You'll have to pee all of the time, but it's worth it.
