I need to pack on some fatty weight- Im a hard gainer, I do everything physically possible to put on weight. Im 175, body fat at 7%. Torn to shit, but I want to bulk up. Anyone got any tricks to stimulating the ol'stomach to be more damn hungry?

Help would be greatly appreciated. :verygood:

i have to second this one, when im on cutting, its the worst for me(chronic smoker lol)

but bulking time, its my time to shine lol. I have alow appetite, probablyu from shrinking my stomach my first cutter and then to bulk it was hard to eat alot. NOW i can easily much down 2-3 chicken breast a sitting , not to mention the 2 cans of tuna i had ealier and eveyrthing else lol.

what i found out also was, my pre bed shake helps alot w/ hunger, if i have one, im preety much starving from the moment i wake up. wierd right, might help. (im not crazy, a prebed shake makes ur sleep anabolic so this has to have something to do with it)
