Anyone willing to create a specific meal plan for me?

Been a long ass time since I was on the boards here but i thought I'd come and ask a favor. I need to gain about 20lbs of muscle and lose as much fat.
If someone could create a meal plan for me that's very specific and varied i would stick to it.
I really need to get back in shape. It's been a crappy trying year. I had a serious operation 2 weeks ago and have lost a lot of muscle. I'm a bit afraid to start juicing again as i think previous cycles permanently affected my erectile abilities.
I'm having a hard time keeping with a plan.
I'm a 35 year old male, 6ft ,185lbs. About 13 percent bodyfat. I work out 6 days a week. weight traiing on all of them and cardio included in about 3 of the days.
What's in it for you- hmmm. I don't know- if you cna htink of something , let me know.
Obviously my goal is to gain lean muscle.
At my oeak i was eating about 18 egg whites a day- not now.
I consume a High5 shake and a Whey protein shake every day.
