Anyone try Berardi's Massive Eating?

Just wondering if anyone has tried John Berardi's Massive Eating diet that he outlined a few months back on t-mag? Is so, what kind of results have you seen? What do you guys feel about it in general?

John Berardi's Massive Eating is not really what it is titled. "Massive Eating" is not really put together properly in the program, in my view. John Berardi basically shows you how to eat a clean bulking diet. I think this might help blood_drinker's last post:

I've read both parts of Massive eating on t-mag, is that the link you meant to post? You said something about blood_drinker's last post but I didn't quite follow what you were saying because then you posted the link to t-mag. Could you please clarify what you meant. Thanks.
 
Blood_Drinker, asked about a bulking diet. Well, this has a pretty clear explanation of a "clean" bulk. But, it is surely not a "Massive Eating" program like T-Mag states. It's not designed in that concept, neither is their training.

What do you consider to be Massive Eating?
Also what do you feel is Massive training, so to speak?
 
Massive Eating = Excellent nutritional program

weather ur bulking or dieting.

Basic princibles : Never combine Fat and CARBS,
instead eat Fat with Protein meals or Carbs with Protein meals.

adjust your calories depending on your particular goals.

After reading that article in T-mag, I decided to use some of its principles. In the last week or so, I can say that eating carbs/protein and fat/protein has helped me not get at all bloated after a meal. I haven't upped my calories as much as Berardi suggests, but I like his thinking. I'm going to give this diet a shot in September, until then, we need a guinea pig.
