I'm seriously hating this contest dieting... Anyone having this same problem. I've been dieting for 10 weeks already and am sooooo burnt out on it. I need some motivation! Maybe different, more creative foods...
My diet has been:
Isopure zero carb shakes
egg whites
chicken
rice
potatoes
rice
oatmeal
plain rice cakes
grits
chicken salads w/ ff italian dressing...
(an occasional solid protein bar)
Any other suggestions?? I'm dyin' here! I've still got 6 weeks to go before my show!
