Brazilian Jiujitsu gi/no gi - Greco Roman Wrestling for throws - Freestyle Wrestling for takedowns - Muaythai(thaiboxing) for strikes. We try to be well rounded. You should be atleast IMO 40/60 grappling/striking. You have to put on the valetudo gloves and train striking/grappling. If you get into grappling dont learn just the sport style (mostly gi training used for competitions and medals) learn the valetudo (anything goes) style also so you will be ready for a street fight.
