anyone in college and work a day job also?

what's up bro..
i'm a college student, have a job, play on a soccer team and also lift so hopefully 'my diet plan' will help ya...it's a maintenance diet
First off:
I'm 18 5'8" 167lbs and very lean, abs are very defined (8-pack) so i'm guessing bodyfat real low...

First thing in the AM is cardio..

Meal #1
1 1/2 cup oats (microwaved,we're allowed to keep those in our rooms)
can of tuna

Meal #2 (served in Res Hall, they got really good mealplans/selections)
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 whole eggs
either a portion of tuna, chicken or salmon....depending on day

Meal #3 (Res Hall again)
Pretty much the same as previous meal

Meal #4 (pre practice/pre workout)
1 1/2 cup oats
cup of broccoli, spinach...green leafy veggies
chicken or tuna

Meal #5
5 whole eggs
mayo (quality fats from soybean/safflower oil)

Meal #6
serving of cheese and some kinda meat

throught the day i also consume some fruit at random times and take with me a bottle of 2scoops whey+olive oil just in case

that pretty much it...i'm personally really satisfied with this diet plan

hope it helps..

Juve. thanks for the reply. I eat more and not as clean as that. I just need to space out my meals. More meals and smaller portions during each meal.

With my busy day I only eat 3-4 meals a day, but I stuff my face in those meals:(

hey bro why not get those cheap small plastic containers...fill those with tuna, oats...well whatever your planned meals are....i know pro/mrp shakes are tempting, but as far as i'm concerned that's not real food...only post-workout maybe...

plus around our university campus there are plenty of those gourmet/all you can eat places...just pick up some meat and potatoes...good fast meal

peace..

Tupperware is your new best friend. As is a good thermos. Get some plastic forks also.

Tuna (2 cans, along with a little mayo) goes in the tupperware, and a protien shake in the the thermos. I carry 'em around with me and eat when I need to. If you don't do it already, prepare all your meals at night. It sucks having to get up an hour early just to cook food for the day.
