Post up your diet if you could:)

I goto school and work so my diet isn't in a good place. I eat what I can and when I can basically. I'm just interested in how some of you busy people eat.

I'm usually good with eatting whatever and not gaining much fat.
Now I might have to go on a cleaner diet or start doing some more cardio.

well, I am bulking, so it may be a bit different. I go to grad school 3 nights a week for 4 hour classes and work 4 nights a week an hour away from where I live. timing is everything. I like to eat every 2-3 hours, and that is tough in those situations, especially when you dont have a desk job. basically, I eat on my way to work, then schedule my lunch about 3 hours later. before and after lunch during work I usually down an N-large shake. during class, we always get a break, so I either take a shake with me or have something quick and easy on hand, like peanuts, protein bar, or whatever. it takes some planning, but it is doable. I believe this is when supplements come in handy.

i always just bring a shaker or two with powder in them to class... I mix the water from a cold drinking fountain or something like that if needed. Usually I'll just buy food though, the on campus deli's have some good stuff that's generally acceptable for my diets

i go to school 2 days a week for 5 hours and i work anywhere from 8-16 hours a day. thank god i work for my dad or i'd be fired so many times for being late because of eating lol. The toughest part is bulking, i do fairly well with dieting because it doesnt require as much time in the kitchen, but bulking can be a real nightmare sometimes. Basically i try to keep my diet as clean as possible but every now and then i have to throw in something thats really high calorie (hamburger helper, pizza, subway) and not so clean so i can get all my daily cals. That combined with lots of milk and almonds to eat at school and i can usually get in around 4500-5000 cals a day. I train at night and try to get in 8 hours of sleep but i usually only get around 5-6. still workin on ways to fit a social life in there somewhere. if you've figured that one out, let me know ;)

I think I'm just going to start with downing acouple N-larges a day. I'll leave a tub at work and drink one there and I'll buy more shakers and put the power in them and bring to classes.

Like you said I need to plan it out. I'll think about it later tonight when I have time.

I cart a small cooler around to make sure I can keep food with me. It easily fits 2 meals. They also make tuna and chicken in pouches now which are an easily transportable lunch and don't need to be refrigerated. Bring shakes and bars with you all the time.

See there is your problem. You can't get tons of student finacial aid and government housing if you have a job while going to school. Plus that leaves you no free time for training, cooking, eating and recovery from relaxing. Use your statis as a bodybuilder to pick up clients, and train them for a few hours a week. Have them pay you cash. There are alot of middle aged, fairly attractive, women with extra cash who love young guys with muscle. Get a sugar momma to help with your bills and groceries. Again, unreported income that will not count against you for student aid. This is your solution.
