and from what i remember of the ingredients, i wouldnt think its suitable on the atkins.....
it has still got sugar in it....just heaily reduced levels with it being substituted as much as possible for fructose, sweetners and had high enough fat levels....so i guess its designed to cause as minimal insulin spike as possible, but i still wouldn't chance it if i was serious enough to want to stick to an atkins....do CKD if your desperate for carbs at some point
