***Anyone have mild soreness in your lower back from Fina?***

I'm taking 75mg/ED of Fina. And sometimes I'm getting mild soreness in my lower back. Does that mean I need to be drinking more water?

More water, cranberry juice or cranberry extract from GNC or Vit. World and maybe something else for the kidneys. Try that. It usually helps me when I'm on the fina.

lower back pain can be you kidneys. don't mess around with it and take the necessary precautions.

Cranberry extract. GNC sells 500mg tab bottles. Take them and the pain should go away almost immediately.

Does it feel internal or external(muscular) I've only had my kidney's bother me once on Fina, and that was when I had 2 drinks and not enough water. Last and only time I had any drinks. Muscle wise, by erector muscles are always super pumped and tight now... Not too sure what that is, but I have gained 15lbs on the stuff which may be straining those muscles.

Those fina sites should start selling dialysis machines as well. I love the advice on these sites. Kidney pain is extremely serious shit. Jesus. Still, lower back pain might just be from pumped muscles.

What's the worse that can happen on a Fina cycle?

I've never heard of anyone fucking their kidney's up from one Fina cycle.

I really don't wanna stop, I've only been on for 12 days. But if I start pissing blood I'm gonna stop for damn sure.

There is a board member on here taking 1800mg of Fina a week and he has reported ZERO problems.
