Anyone have a blackberry with broadband?

I want one simply because I am always needing to look something up on the net when I am not near a computer.

I tried a wireless Internet laptop for a few days and it worked great but was to bulky for my needs.

I checked out the blackberry 8170c at cingular and the service worked well but I am afraid of things I haven't thought about poppin up.

I know the size is a drawback but I just want information and not pictures.

Any ideas appreciated

bro, the blackberry is good for email.. but it sucks for browsing. You are far better off with a PDA running something like Windows (gasp, godsavemysoul) mobile 5 or something

Thanks Pintoca, I think I need to just write down what I want and go find it. I don't want it to be a phone and I don't care about the email, or camera etc. I just want information..once again thanks.

A palm portible keyboard with PDA or pocket PC may be a good idea. I don't know anything about blackberries.

I use an 8700c for work sometimes. The browsing is pretty fast and gets the job done. I don't browse much except some googling or gmail; good for text mesaging though.

I dont have a house phone, and im never home.. And plus my cell is pretty basic, as long as it dials, has a phonebook, and speaker.. thats all i need. I dont need internet, or camera, or any other bullshit. Its useless.. My phone is so small, it fits in my front pocket..
