after squats in the bathroom..
felt good.

Same here, eggs in the morning look sweet coming up. My advice, I'd save the shake for POST workout, along with some sugars. Carbs before, and not the shitty simple ones, 90 min prior and you're solid..

It is more effective to eat protein 1 to 2 hours after a good resistance exercise workout. Studies have shown that more protein is incorporated into muscles following exercise when compared with eating protein before. In addition, eating too much protein or any food for that matter before exercise can cause indigestion, nausea or vomiting, or otherwise adversely affect your performance.

I have been known to puke on legs days.. this is actually a common thing.

More times then I could ever count. It was on a nearly a weekly basis when I trained legs regularly, and if I didnt puke it was dry heaves and cold sweats. Ive puked on a few other non-leg workouts also. Never on deadlifts though. Maybe because of the long breaks.

Twice, on leg day. The first time I went to get a drink and erupted in the water fountain - way gross. The second time in the trash can in the locker room. I didn't get any phone numbers.....not that it matters, I'm married.

That's some funny shit, SpideyNugga......

Evidently you must look attractive or no female in her right mind would give you her number after that stunt.

Women as a rule don't find guys puking attractive.

I think your good qualities must have overtaken the puke.

Hopefully the date works out.....don't puke in her lap or anything...

Doesnt seem to work for me. If I dont eat anything Ill just dry heave, with cold sweats etc. The same feeling just without the satisfaction of seeing shit fly out of my mouth. Less enjoyable in my opinion.
