Anyone else share my idea on squats?

that's cool..try static training if you want toget stronger.. cycle 6 weeks of that will increase your max..

I totally agree w u spy. These kids don't get it. Dramitally changing your workouts is what spurs growth and strength gains.

Right I like to change up from squats to leg presses every other time and dude you want to stay anabolic just do 830x6x6 ! much better for ass and legs for me allows me to handle more weight with less chance of blowing out knees.

I built my quads (28" cold) Doing nothing more than super heavy leg presses when i was in my teens and early 20's.

Right on burn, leg presses give me a lot better results due to the weight factor and the ability to change position of feet allowing for a more complete workout. 28cold impressive.

I noticed more growth when I started to split my leg workouts. Quads & hip abductors three days later would do hams and quads.

If that will help squat heavier weights than how come every powerlifter does 5-6 rep max work outs and lots of heavy singles? I guess all the guys that are squatting the biggest numbers in the world must have it all wrong

Every power lifter? Lol
Yes I am sure you have been in the gym for years done many studies and read a few books. Lol.
Your red shows your youth.
It's better to remain quite and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Every power lifter has done maximal 20 reps at some point to get where he's at. There is no denying 20 reps are crucial in tearing muscle fibers to achieve stronger muscles.
