I have Bursitis in my left shoulder along with poor knees from hockey injurys. The above link supplys two products i use alot. The shoulder ice pack is great after hard training for my knees, elbows, shoulder ect.. Anything hurting. 2nd is the Boxing Liniment. Its not for the faint of heart.
