So I've been dealing with a stressed out shoulder for the last few years. It flares up every now and then if I overtrain it. What would be a good amount of BPC I should be trying? Should I go with 500 mcg per day or should I try something else?
You're going to want to dose TB500 at 5 to 10 mg minimum for the first couple of weeks. Front-loading it is a smart choice. Also stack BPC and I would do that one at 500 mcg per day for the first couple of weeks as well.
