Anyone else fighting a shoulder injury?

ACtually mine is pretty jacked right now... didn't back off when I shouldhave.... sux... maybe another week or two and I will be back on track...
 
yeah, I keep having problems with my left shoulder as well. Especially when I do Incline DB press. In the top part of the movement, my shoulder joint sometimes pops-out, causing terrible terrible pain, not to mention that the dumbell immediately falls down on me. Muy peligroso.
 
Seriously, my forearm keeps bothering me, specially when I stretch my lats (by holding on to a bar and stretching sideways). Any one have forearm trouble before?

totally agree. I do them at the end of every chest workout immediately after my last set, with my feet up on the bench. and if I'm every on vacation/away from the gym for some reason, I have whoever is around push down as hard as they can on my shoulders while I do as many pushups as possible.

Just as sore as ever afterwards!
 
Hey guys, I'm in CT today. Just woke up. Had a night of binge drinking in SONO and my freaking head is pounding. Any suggestions? Sorry this is the wrong board
