Shit... let us know what happens bud...

I will. I am trying to lift right now as well as work around all of this. My heart is not wanting to let me lift much at all yet I want to...badly.

Good Luck man, i know you have a lot more guts than a lot of people, or at least me, for keeping on training.

Those closest to me call it something differently...STUPIDITY!!!

there's definately sacrifices made when one wants to be the best. but when you cross over that line, it IS stupidity. you dont want to cause any permanent damage over something that may be correctable. it's hard saying anything because i have no idea what the extent of your injuries are.

you have tons of time man, you dont wanna risk aggravating anything that may have happened already.

take 'er easy

There is a difference between balls and brains. If he's going to do something that will cause permanent back damage, it makes no sense to risk it.

You have to think about his future. If he has a bad back will he be able to pick up and play with his kids? Will he be able to play football and baseball with them? Will he be able to get out of bed when he's 50?

There is more to life then picking up heavy weights. Sometimes some of us (including me) forget about that fact.

I just pray that Clint will be ok and he'll be able to continue towards his goal.

My back is fine...it is my heart that I am worried about.
