Anybody get best workout Sunday or weekends

just ranting a bit bro's
I'm no weekend warrior but I work a very hard physical job and I get my best workouts on days when I don't work.

The gyms always more empty allowing more concentrating and uninterrupted. I know most take weekends off but a the most the few hardcore lift on weekends also.

You can also eat more and get over with a hard exercise say you normally do on Monday (when gyms are full from everyone taking weekend off). I really go out drinking so this helps.

Mondays it seems everyone wants to bench-press. Its nice to have it done not have to go to work on a long Monday and than to gym and do squats and be near 100%.
 
I prefer to do my more difficult workouts on the weekends so I will have more energy and time. - cbeaks
 
Its kinda weird i guess i am the complete oposite.. i feel i have my worste workouts on weekends... i think i need the everyday stress to help motivate me through my workouts and give me the drive i need.

yeah i know what u mean. i work better on weekdays because of stress.
 
I always workout on weekend. Either Saturday or Sunday. Never on both days. Fridays i don't like to workout cause for some odd reason, i get my worst workouts on Friday.
 
I train almost every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Instead of 100 people in the gym. there is like 10.

All the machines to myself

Totally agree! Weekends rule. During the week I work all day then train at like 8pm, already half assed tired from work. I train arms Saturday and legs Sunday.
