I don't see a single anabolic in there, anywhere.
But if you paid $190 for them...I'd wash each of them down just as they suggest, 3x a day.
1) At Breakfast while you are sitting at McDonalds. Very important to SIT when taking these so you don't burn any calories. You also need to choose any THREE Breakfast sandwiches from the menu and THREE orders of hashbrowns. Add hashbrowns to the sandwiches, add mayo, add a few orange juices.
2) At Lunch while you are SITTING at McDonalds. Again, sit, don't waste any calories. It is ok to still be sitting here from breakfast but sit near the door and the toilet as to not burn any excess calories walking. Make sure your cell phone is well charged or bring your charger too. Eat 6 singles with cheese OR 3 Big Mac's and 1-2 orders of large fries. Add Fries and mayo to each sandwich. Finish off with a super sized coke. NOT DIET COKE!!! Diet cokes makes you lose weight immediately and makes your testicles shrink!
3) Dinner time while sitting at McDonalds, repeat lunch but if you had singles with cheese order BigMac's or vice versa. It is also important to finish it off with a chocolate milkshake or something equally similar. Dinner CAN be substituted with an Asian Buffet ONLY if you eat till you sweat, poop, sweat, and have at least one extra super sized plate afterwards.
Do this for 90 days and I guarantee that the scale and every single lift will sky rocket.
