I still hope to put together a new sticky sometime in the next few weeks. The programs and exercise descriptions part should be pretty easy and similar to what's already in the training vault. What's really needed to complement that, though, is a FAQ. It's time for a meal right now, but I'll be back in a while to post up some ideas for it.
