Any certain brands of flax oil anyone prefers?

Barlene's high lignans is my personal favorite, but there really isn't much of a difference which company it comes from. There's seems to have a little better flavor to me.

Udo's Choice Oil Blend is superior to flax in that it is more balanced in terms of amounts of each of the EFA's.

I get udo's for 12 bucks a bottle, how is that too expensive... the stuff tastes great, kinda like a big gooey sunflower seed... And it's a great blend of oils for balanced omega 3 and 6 intake...
