Anthony Ellis---Lots of Mass, No Juice

Has anyone ever visited musclegaintips.com??? It is basically geared towards ectomorphs putting on a lot of mass in a short period of time without using juice. You have to actually buy his program to get the full instructions, but from what he offered freely on the website, Ellis made a lot of sense. I was wondering if anyone has ever used his program or seen it, etc, etc.

Here's a picture of the guy...

I think he was a body for life winner who started his own thing. Look at his stats he says his arms are 13.5" in the after photo, Yikes! Either way he looks pretty ripped up, I wouldn't waste your money on his program.

He was a BFL winner in '97. If your interested in what he has to say, he has an article in the new April/May issue of Muscle Media. It is aimed at hardgainers looking to bulk up. I'm not a hardgainer, but I read his article. The info seemed reasonable enough but nothing Earth-shattering. His stock has dropped a few notches in my book though for shamelessly pushing specific EAS-named products in his article. In my mind that lowers his credibility to that of a street hustler.

I don't know, do they make scaled down newspapers for little people?

My point was that 20 lbs looks a lot different on a guy that's 5'3" than it looks on a guy that's 6'3". If he was very short, it would put things more in perspective.
