ANPB Question

With your guys natural peanut butter...do you drain the oil up top or do you just stir it in?

I just stir it in. I would imagine that draining it would slightly change the nutritional breakdown, less fat of course.

If you drain the oil, the bottom will be really hard. I like to dump a little bit of the oil out, because I think they put a little much in.

Quick Tip:

Before opening the ANPB, turn it upside down overnight or at least for a couple hours and the oil will go to the top(bottom of jar) which makes it very easy to stir so when you're ready to open it... it will mix much easier!

I've yet to succesfully mix an ANPB jar. Every single time the bottom is hard as a rock.

I like to pour it out. I don't mind it dry because it is usually just added to my shakes. Don't really need all the erxtra Omegas in it.
