Ive had a good last few days. This weekend went camping with my dad and other son/father groups. Like a father son camping trip. We did a bunch of hiking and me and the younger guys did a lot of hill climbing down revines and up. Great leg workout. Well anyway today i felt pretty good so i went in the garage and did some squats. My legs are still crap but im getting there
