Ive had a good last few days. This weekend went camping with my dad and other son/father groups. Like a father son camping trip. We did a bunch of hiking and me and the younger guys did a lot of hill climbing down revines and up. Great leg workout. Well anyway today i felt pretty good so i went in the garage and did some squats. My legs are still crap but im getting there

2 sets of 5 at 225.
1 set of 10 at 235 (pr)
 
it is all about the progress and hitting those pr's. The weight itself is a function of time. Just keep at it with intensity and the weights will kep jumping.
