tone down the week to 4 or 5 days, one body part per day. chest once a week, bis once a week. i do bis and tris on the same day. seems to work very nicely. start deadlifting too. you will be large.

Back & Chest together

Working back and chest together is a great way to build depth to your upper torso. You do not need endless sets of work. Include dumbell pullovers in between chest and back routines if you continue with this schedule. Just a comment about your weekly schedule. TOO MANY EXERCISES. TOO MANY SETS. TOO MANY DAYS IN A ROW. When do you plan on resting and growing? Unless you are on juice and have excellent genetics, this is overtraining! Have you ever considered abbreviated training methods? If not, try to get a copy of the book "Brawn" . It will give a lot of insight.

good luck with your goals.
