Clint, I drove by sunday, you all were doing the tire flip. Looked fun. We had been to Memphis for the Beale Street Music Fest and had to drop a buddy off in Murray. We would have stoped but we were all hung over and wanting to get home and get to bed. You all are some really big guys. The hard work has really paid off. Keep at it, I will be there one of these days, count on it!!!

Cheese kinda' scares me with his deadlift though.

Why is that? It was basically a 1RM for him and I expect him to get 550+ in the next 5 weeks.

His form scares me sometimes...all lower back.
