Thanks...right now I am working with a couple companies for some sponsorship opportunities. I am hoping that at least one of them will go through and that they will believe in me as much as I do. I know that I have the talent and drive to be one of the best in the United States if not the World...with time.

insanity!!! :D

if you want to try a variation on those calf raises, rock back onto your heels and then rock foward and explode up using your calves. i did bb calf raises yesterday. i can do multiple sets of ten with 275, so i'm sure you can do way more weight than you are doing there. i like these because of the amount of control required to do calf raises with a free weighted barbell on your back. plus, it has works your core which will carry over to other lifts (squats, deads, etc).
