Pulled another all nighter and went to STL to train with some big guys. There aren't many places I go where there are LOTS of guys bigger and stronger in events than I am...but STL is full of them. Yep, no food, no sleep, just a desire to train and learn.

Stones
lots of warm ups with 170-265lb stones
6 stones, 170-345, 40" platforms, 38 sec. The time to beat was 35 sec, I slipped 2x on the 170lb stone but still finished the 5th stone in 20 sec. I ran out of tacky and the 345 slipped twice...finished in 38 sec...very upset.
410lb stone x 1 x 1 set...missed it 4 weeks ago...hurt...but wasn't too bad.
