Sorry man, I'd point something out, but I can hardly see that pic. Get a better pic. Kinda looks like a good start.

Cant see any specific muscle group at all. so i wont comment.

The guys are trying to help but thew pic is tough to make out (I can hardly preach on that score :) ).

How long have you been training? It looks to me like you just need to concentrate on gaining some mass. If you eat big and stick to the basic lifts it'll happen. Forget the bodyfat for now.....concentrate on getting muscle (I assume you train for size and looks?).

i was just wondering if someone would give me some pointers of my weaker areas,i know i should lower bf but its not very important to me,so just some advice on what i need the most work on

Oak,

You need to quit worrying about the specifics and work on your overall size. Stick to the core lifts and do them heavy. Maybe do some pyramid training using the heavy stuff, but keep the form strict!
 
i dont know why everyones telling you to bulk, i would consider dropping some bf% first cause it looks really high, get to about 12% IMO, if you bulk, no offence but you might end up looking, well, buttery.
 
i believe you guys are right,i should eat alot more protein,im getting around 125-135grams a day and i weigh 170,ive been training since november 99,i know idont have alot to show for it but there is a big difference,back then i only weighed 135 at over 20%bf,thanks for the help guys,guess ill have to bust balls to get this diet thing down,by the way my lifts are going up so i must be doing something right for stregth now its time for size
 
You do have potential bro, your triceps need to be built up, as do cheast and delts, i would consider a cycle that will bulk you and then spend the last 6 weeks cutting down, with say winny test prop and clen.

ive been debating a sust/fina cycle just trying to get the funding,i think im gonna put my car off until next spring,id much rather get bigger first
