Anone experinece cannabis as an ergogenic?

It seems that when I smoke cannabis then lift I am able to focus more effectively. Indeed, many of my personal records are set when I smoke a bit before a workout.

Anyone else experience this effect?

Is there a strain which is particularly useful for this effect?

Constructive feedback appreciated.
 
ive done it and it doesnt work well at all, i mean you CAN FOCUS more i know exactly what you're saying, but believe me, it doesnt help you at all, the greens make you tired and recovery time slower
 
I had 2 teammates last year that got high before every game. Both were all-conference players, one was an all-american. They had to smoke or they'd be out of their game. I guess it just depends on the person.
 
I had a record chest workout this past weekend after some crazy dank, and did more sets/reps than Ive ever done before. :)~ Im still in pain.
 
For some reaosn my muscles get super umped when I take a toke or 2.Its really weird,I actually get killer workouts also.But I dont smoke all the time either.

hey bro...i'm on the same boat as you. I just recently stopped smoking after 11 years for my new job. for the last 5 years i smoked before going to the gym each time. I had the best workouts then. Now...i get bored easily and i'm not that motivated while i'm there.

smoking pre workout would put me in a zone! hasn't been the same ever since. though...as of general health...i feel better these days.
