Ankle Weights, anyone use them and/or get any results from them? What do you use them for and how long? Just got them was thinking of slapping them on for leg lifts or maybe running around in them.
no need to run around with them. unless you want to have your knees replaced. the motion of running doesnt require extra weight. for controlled motions like a leg lift or something, it has its benefits, but for ballistic movements steer clear of the ankle weights.
