Saturday May 30, 2009 - 8 weeks out till the NPC Masters Nationals

My training today is not all that exciting:

Weight Training
  • off today
Posing
  • hold each mandatory pose 20 seconds (including "relaxed" poses) for 2 rounds
Cardio
  • 1.55 hrs - split into two sessions - 1 session first thing in the am before food 1hr. 2nd session in the evening on empty stomach 55 min.
Keep an eye on this thread as I will be updating this journal daily. What you are going to see for the next 7 weeks is how my training will progress up to my show. If any of you have any questions do not hesitate to ask as I will be more than happt to answer.

Anita Ramsey Daily Training Journal - Sunday - 7 weeks out

Sunday May 31, 2009 - 7 weeks out till the NPC Masters Nationals

My training today is not all that exciting again.. Though I did do allot of landscaping which totally kicked my butt - moved around huge rocks all day :yawn::

Weight Training
  • off today
  • (I will be lifting on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, possibly Thursday, Friday & possibly Saturday - you will see... )
Posing
  • hold each mandatory pose 20 seconds (including "relaxed" poses) for 2 rounds
  • will start choreographing my routine soon. I am using some unique music - it looks like it will be a combo of three different songs - all heavy metal (kinda). I will let you know who once it is complete.
Cardio
  • 2.05 hrs - split into two sessions - 1 session first thing in the am before food 1hr 5min. 2nd session in the evening on empty stomach 1hr. I keep my intensity very low as I have absolutely 0 carbs & sugar in my diet.
I am feeling like I am starving to death though I am not... My energy levels are very low so when you start seeing my acutal training you will see that I do not do a ton of work, but I do think you will find it interesting.

0 carbs! You have my outmost admiration. Can you let us know what your diet is like also along with your training? Thanks for putting up such an interesting thread!
