Ancient Strength has anyone tried it?

I loved it. My increase in endurance was the biggest benefit I saw from it. That and I had zero bloat off of this creatine product. Strength gains seemed on and off didnt notice it every day.
 
This is what sparked my interest

Ancient Strength is a blend of three different types of Creatine to cover the body's base of need for creatine supplementation as it applies to intense training.

I love this creatine. I just ordered some actually. The blends of creatine work really well. It's the only creatine you really want to use. Also, if you read Needto's post about creatine and AAS,you'll definitely want some of this stuff.
 
Anything with creatine monohydrate in it is the pits. It needs a loading phase, attracts water into the gut by osmosis, and makes you fart. Any ester of creatine is better.

Ya the Ancient strength is the best pre work out creatine out there. I would use the Ancient strength as your pre work out creatine and then use cheap MH the rest of the time. How, when, and why to take creatine is important and you will find all of that info and more in my Article so read it ^^^ :heart::heart:
 
Personal choice but I like to use creatine when I'm OFF because it helps cushion the crash when coming off steroids you actually don't need it when you're on your muscles are already in ultra recovery mode in between sets
 
I always use Ancient Strength, I like being able to pop a couple pills at my desk instead of having to mix up a potion...
 
Not all creatine is created equal.

The best creatine monohydrate comes from Germany and is labeled as creapure.

I personally love Optimum Nutrition's basic creatine monohydrate. It is the creapure highest quality creatine and it's pretty cost effective.

I've been going old school with a small glass of grape juice with a teaspoon a day and loving it.

I can't comment on rls supplements or ancient strength other than to say that the community's backing for needto's products speak for itself as to it's effectiveness.
 
My ancient strength should be here tomorrow. I've been off creatine for a while now. I'm looking forward to loading up on this. PRs will be broken :evil:
