Its pretty good for the money but the beta alanine makes me want to rip my face off...so I usually just have it in a pre workout meal. Usually stick with the animal pak but using anavite right now just to try it out...good stuff...smells horrible though.

The recommended use says to take 3 tablets twice daily but one serving (3 tabs) works well for me. I honestly think that's more than enough for anyone (unless you train ridiculously hard) + it means the bottle lasts longer (60 days).
The beta-alanine does that to me...its a tingling feeling that just bugs me a lot makes me quite itchy all over...its fine pre-workout gets me in the mood but any other times its just annoying. If you take a pre-workout supplement chances are you're already taking in beta-alanine and if you're ok with that then the Anavite shouldn't bother you. You do build a tolerance to it though so its fine.
Its a good product overall but I think I'll try optimum's opti-men, it looks interesting. Been with animal pak for about 3 years now but the amount of pills is just not convenient.
