Anavar virgin GTFIH

Oh yea, that var is definitely working for you. I know you notice the difference in muscle hardness and definition since the first pic you posted here til now. If you havent had any noticible sides so far, Id recommend upping the dose. I havent had any noticible sides from var from two highly recommended and positively reviewed suppliers. Im on my second var cycle and I still never even missed my menstral. Im on 25-30mg day so far with no noticable sides.

But everyones different. So id say just go up 10mg to stay on the safe side. 10/10. I take mine in one dose though. Ive never split doses. But if thats comfortable for you Id say stick with that regimine.

But I deffinitely see your progress already. I too noticed the muscle hardness on my first week first cycle. Gotta love that var. :)

Im about to stack with 5mg tbol for a few weeks and see if I get any enhanced results. Im feeling a little stagnant after that first anavar cycle which i ran for 9 weeks with a one week break in between.... I saw noticable gains but now Im just resting on what I already gained it seems like. My upper body is alot stronger still though, like I was saying before. Make sure you do lotsa rows and pull downs to get that back definition.

P.S.: As far as weight in numbers-i'd say keep the weight and just lower the body fat. If your looking for more mass the weight in numbers is gonna stay and even increase. But you gotta sweat your ass of to get rid of that BF. Oh how I hate cardio. Necessary evil. :(

Call me crazy but I'm not looking for much more mass. Really just trying to drop the bf and keep the mass I have if I get some more no biggie. I'm a little apprehensive about bumping the dose this early in the game. I probably will on second cycle if this one goes well. Only sides I have or have seen thus far is increased acne on back and chin :( and increased sex drive.

I'm bumping up the intensity cardio after my race this weekend as I have been primarily training for that.

What do you ladies run when you cut anything?

If your getting sides from anavar, I personally wouldnt recommend you try anything else as far as gear goes, since anavar is the mildest out. & your right-dont up the dose if your getting sides on only 10mg a day split 5/5. Especially if you dont want more mass. Then it makes me wonder why your lifting so heavy according to your journal??? Why dont you just mainly do cardio type training? Your doing stuff like deadlifting & rows, but your not tryna build mass??? Thats a new one.

Any other oral will probably leave you more vulnerable to virilization if your body is reacting to such a low dose of var and from your goal description thats not what you want. & you probably dont need to be using hormones for the type of goal you are describing. A diet pill will probably be sufficient to burn fat.

If I did mainly cardio I would lose mass. I want to keep and maintain the mass I have. I'm aspiring for an end game physique like larissa reis or eva andressa. I believe I have already built the mass required for that physique but won't be able to tell until my bodyfat gets lower. If the mass isn't there then of course I'll need more.

I don't only train for aestethics powerlifting as well. Strength and progression is needed for that sport so are deadlifts and supporting lifts to help progress those lifts. Deadlifts aren't going to magically build mass if you are not eating at a surplus.

Yup I had a bit of acne before I started I can't tell if it has accelerated because of the gear training or that time of the month. It's not ridiculous but I documented it none the less. So I'm gonna stick here until I know for sure. I will update you.

I've liked what I've gotten outta the anavar so far increased muscle hardness vascularity and I seem to be getting leaner (i think) so I feel it is meeting my goals. Things otherwise may have taken alot longer.

How is your fat intake?
Make sure you are getting 3k mg of Omega 3 and 2.5k mg of Omega 6. After a month of doing so you will notice you are less sore, you are getting better gains and you are dropping more fat. Those numbers will also get your lipids spot on (which is important because orals kill them).
 
K, I am 31 years old and am power lifter turned body builder as of recent, I have discovered var over this past summer, So all I can give you is my experience only. Var is a great tool to help you get to where you need to be. I did alot of research on it first obviously and you need to get it from a reliable source to be sure you are getting the real thing. I have read one to many blogs stating that it has changed voices and things like that. var should not do this to you as it is not androgenic and I am on a relatively higher dose, and have not experienced any sides other than a little acne on chest.

It does help with shedding subcutaneous and visceral body fat as well, this was not my intention when starting it as I said earlier was a powerlifter and was more interested in the strength gains which were as follows when ran for 8 weeks bench from 135 to 225- deadlift from 225 to 295 squat from 135 to 255. while following 13 week powerlifting program after all my workouts I would do a bodybuilding workout and results were amazing.

There were very noticible fat loss as well as a hardening and growth of muscle, which is what it was originally designed to do, obviously when altering your own natural testerone level muscle mass should be expected right. when you up your muscle mass you burn more fat. So my experience with var has been a great one, Also strength gains with var are easily maintained and all other effects hang around for around 6 months or so. I don't necessarily agree with bulking as I think you have better gains when you eat clean there is really no need to gain fat in order to lose it again. At least you know what your gaining you will see definate improvement with var.

So you kept your strength gains post? I read mixed results and I went of anavar for strength and was worried about post cycle and loss of strength. Can you elaborate a little more?
